History

1974

Founded in 1974 as Spiro America Inc., the company became a US sales subsidiary of Spiro International SA, the inventor of the spiral duct machine, the so-called Tubeformer.

1981

Under the name Spiral-Helix Inc. known today, the company established itself in the state of Illinois as a domestic company that manufactures high-quality machines for the North and South American HVAC market.

1987

Through continuous improvement by the R&D group, one of the most significant patent since the original invention of the Tubeformer was obtained in 1987 for the Flying Slitter, which revolutionized the industry.

Today

Spiral-Helix Inc. offers a complete range of products and services for the HVAC and sheet metal industries in the whole American market.
